My stay at Metro Art Hotel was delightful! The staff were incredibly welcoming, especially Luna, who assisted us wonderfully. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. I loved the location, as it was close to art venues and lovely eateries, making it convenient for exploring.

Great place for couples

Had a good experience overall, especially with Luna at the front desk who checked us in early and was super helpful! The room was cozy, clean, and had a great view from the rooftop that made for a relaxing evening.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but for the service and comfort, it was acceptable.

The location near the heart of Santurce made exploring so easy. I loved how close it was to local restaurants and bars which were just a short walk away. My room was spacious with modern decor, and it had a comfy bed that made sleeping a dream. The roof terrace was a nice retreat, perfect for unwinding with a beautiful view. However, the shower pressure could really use improvement. it felt weak and disappointing after a long day. I also noticed the lack of clothing hangers in the room and that one of the towel racks was loose. Parking was a bit of a hassle and expensive at $100 extra for the week. Despite these issues, the overall vibe was enjoyable and the staff, particularly Luna, offered great service. I would stay again but hope for some improvements in those areas.

I loved how cozy the room was with a big TV and the amazing water pressure in the shower. After a long day, the hot tub was a perfect way to unwind, and there was also a nice lounge area. The only downside was some minor renovation noise, but it didn’t bother us much since we were out exploring all day. 😊

An electric kettle or microwave in every room would be a much-appreciated convenience!!! Also, do something about those obnoxiously loud cars that zoom by on occasion. it's quite disruptive!!!

The folks at the desk made me feel right at home, especially sweet Luna who checked me in early. My room was like a cozy little nest, and that rooftop view? Just amazing for unwinding after a day out exploring the vibrant Santurce area. The area’s chock-full of cute restaurants, bless your heart!

Just a great selection for a brief retreat in San Juan with solid value. The staff was super friendly, always quick to help with my requests. A good tip is to check out the rooftop area for a nice view if the weather is good.

The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and the hot tub provided a perfect retreat after a day out. The room was spacious, featuring a desk and a small balcony which enhanced my stay. However, some streets outside were quite noisy, and the absence of an electric kettle in the room made evening comfort less convenient.

Free wi-fi and flat-screen TV were great.
